Aperol is a traditional Italian bitters apéritif. Refreshing to drink and great to use to prepare cocktails.

Aperol is made by a delicate mix of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients. It has a vibrant orange hue. Its name comes from the Italian slang word for aperitivo, which is apero. This is an Italian recipe but the product is made in ARGENTINA  by Campari

How to enjoy Aperol Spritz:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add 60ml Aperol.
Pour 90ml prosecco or sparkling wine.
Top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with an orange slice.
