Pisco from Peru and Chile
Pisco is a brandy produced in winemaking regions of Peru and Chile. Pisco is made by distilling fermented grape juice into a high-proof spirit.
A pisco sour is an alcoholic cocktail made with pisco typical of the cuisines from Peru. The drink's name comes from pisco, which is its base liquor, and the cocktail term sour, in reference to sour citrus juice and sweetener components, give it a go, it's delicious! In Chile is customary to drink piscola which is a mix of Pisco and Coca Cola.
