This is Tabernero's top Pisco, private colection. It comes in a beautiful tin
 A blend of three varieties: quebranta, italia and torontel.  Each was fermented separately and the fermentation was stopped at around 5% alcohol.  After that, the fermenting wines were blended.  Once blended and stabilised, the distillation process was conducted.  In Peru, the distillation process continues until the product reaches its final alcohol %.  No water is added.
