Classic Brazilian Caipirinha Recipe
Ingredients:
1 fresh lime
2 teaspoons white sugar (adjust to taste)
50 ml cachaça
Ice cubes
Method:
Cut the lime into wedges and place them in a glass.
Add the sugar and gently muddle to release the lime juice.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour over the cachaça and stir well.
Serve immediately.
